Vera Paste partnered with Three Y Flexible Packaging PLC to develop high-quality flexible packaging designed to protect their food paste products while maintaining attractive shelf presentation. The objective of this project was to produce strong, hygienic, and visually appealing flexible packaging that protects the product from moisture, air exposure, and external contamination while maintaining vibrant branding on retail shelves.

Strategy Breakdown

The project began with a detailed consultation to understand the characteristics of the paste product, packaging requirements, and production line specifications. Because food paste products require hygienic packaging with strong barrier protection, selecting the appropriate packaging materials was essential.

Our packaging engineers recommended multilayer flexible film structures using high-quality materials such as PET, BOPP, and PE laminates. These materials provide strong moisture barriers, excellent durability, and reliable sealing properties to protect the food product during storage and distribution.

The client’s packaging artwork was then prepared by our prepress team for high-resolution rotogravure printing. This process ensured that brand colors, product information, and design elements were reproduced with precision and clarity, creating visually appealing packaging that attracts customers.

After the printing stage, the films underwent lamination to combine multiple layers into a strong and protective packaging structure. Lamination improves durability, strengthens barrier protection, and enhances packaging performance under different environmental conditions.

The laminated films were then converted into roll formats using precision slitting equipment. This ensured the packaging rolls matched the client’s packaging machine requirements, enabling smooth and efficient production operations.
