Strategy Breakdown

The project started with a detailed consultation to understand Moha Soft Drink Industry’s labeling requirements, brand guidelines, and bottling production process. Beverage packaging requires labels that can withstand cold storage, moisture exposure, and frequent handling during distribution.

The client’s label design was then optimized by our prepress team for high-resolution rotogravure printing. This stage ensured accurate color matching, sharp graphics, and clear product information that aligns with Mirinda’s global branding standards.

Following the printing process, the label films were laminated to enhance durability and protect the printed surface from scratches, moisture, and environmental factors. Lamination also improves label strength and helps maintain the label’s appearance throughout the product lifecycle.

The laminated films were then converted into roll formats using precision slitting equipment. This ensured the labels were compatible with the client’s automated bottling and labeling machines, enabling smooth and efficient application during production.
