Bravo Detergent partnered with Three Y Flexible Packaging PLC to develop durable and high-performance packaging for their detergent products. The client required packaging that could withstand humidity, transportation stress, and storage conditions while maintaining strong brand visibility on retail shelves.

Our objective was to design and manufacture flexible packaging wrappers that protect detergent powder from moisture and contamination while presenting the brand with vibrant colors, sharp graphics, and reliable sealing performance.

Strategy Breakdown

We started the project with a technical consultation to understand the detergent product characteristics, packaging machine requirements, and distribution conditions. This helped us determine the best film structure to ensure durability and moisture protection.

Our engineering team then selected suitable multilayer flexible packaging materials such as PET, BOPP, and PE laminates. These materials provide strong barrier protection, excellent mechanical strength, and reliable sealing performance.

Next, our prepress team prepared the artwork for high-resolution rotogravure printing. This stage ensured accurate color reproduction, brand consistency, and optimized packaging graphics to attract customers in retail environments.

Once the printing was completed, the printed films were laminated to create a strong multilayer structure. The lamination process improves packaging durability, enhances moisture resistance, and ensures the packaging performs well throughout the product lifecycle.

Finally, the laminated films were slit into precise roll sizes compatible with the client’s packaging machinery. Each roll underwent strict quality control checks to ensure print quality, seal strength, and dimensional accuracy.
